Refund Policy 2012

The Refund Policy only applies to MATCH TICKETS PURCHASED in advance or on the day of the game and does NOT apply to LCCC Memberships or FLt20 Season Tickets.

A cash refund is no longer available for any other games - if play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, a ticket exchange policy is in place (please note that this varies depending on the type of fixture - read on for further details)

HOME - LV= County Championship

If play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to another day's play in an LV=Championship game later in the 2012 season.

HOME - CB40 Group games

If play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to another day's play in a CB40 group game or LV=Championship game later in the 2012 season.

HOME - FLt20 Group games

If play is restricted to less than 10 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained on the day for which your ticket is valid then you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to another FLt20 group game or CB40 group game later in the 2012 season.

CLAIMS:

To claim a replacement ticket either:

• Bring your ticket to the Ticket Office before closing time on the day of the abandoned game or
• Send your ticket, together with your name and address to: Ticket Office, County Ground, Grace Road, Leicester LE2 8AD within 14 days of the scheduled completion of the match If you have not received your replacement ticket within 14 days please contact 0871 282 1879 or email enquiries@leicestershireccc.co.uk

West Indies – Saturday 2^nd & Sunday 3^rd June 2012

If play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to an LV=Championship game or CB40 game later in the 2012 season.

CLAIMS:

To claim a replacement ticket either:

• Bring your ticket to the Ticket Office between 9am and 5pm on weekdays or match-days before Saturday 30^th June 2012 or
• Send your ticket, together with your name and address to: Ticket Office, County Ground, Grace Road, Leicester LE2 8AD by Saturday 30^th June 2012. If you have not received your replacement ticket within 14 days please contact 0871 282 1879 or email enquiries@leicestershireccc.co.uk

Australia – Thursday 21^st June 2012

Non-Members

If play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to an LV=Championship game or CB40 game later in the 2012 season.

Members

If play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a ticket that will admit a friend to a day's play in an LV=Championship game or CB40 game later in the 2012 season or you may claim a refund for the amount of your ticket less a £3 administration fee.

CLAIMS:

• Bring your ticket to the Ticket Office between 9am and 5pm on weekdays or match-days from Monday 25^th June 2012 until 5pm on Tuesday 31^st July 2012 or
• Send your ticket together with your name and address to; Ticket Office, Leicestershire CCC, County Ground, Grace Road, Leicester LE2 8AD to arrive before close of business on Tuesday 31^st July 2012.
