Coaches

• Leicestershire currently employ four Level IV ECB qualified coaches -all ex First Class Players.

• Leicestershire have a clear policy that we will only employ in full time positions ECB Level III qualified coaches working towards Level IV, this is our minimum criteria.

• Leicestershire will employ English coaches and will only use foreign coaches when an exhaustive search indicates that the level of expertise required, is not available in the UK.

• We use Ex First Class players, Trevor Ward, Carl Crowe, Nick Cook, and Phillip De- Freitas to help coach and deliver our winter programmes at county age group sessions. Our written winter programmes are delivered by our Senior and Level IV Coaches.
