Jigar Naik claimed six wickets as Leicestershire Second XI beat their Lancashire counterparts by an innings and 57 runs at Leicester Ivanhoe CC.
The off-spinner took 6-101 from 38 accurate overs as Lancashire were dismissed for 253 in their second innings before lunch on the final day.
James Sykes (2-41) and Harry Gurney (2-65) chipped in with valuable contributions as the team registered their first Championship win of the season.
The victory came despite the best efforts of Lancashire batsman Jordan Clark, who made the highest score in each innings of this game after top-scoring in the visitors' trophy win on Tuesday.
Clark ended unbeaten on 122 but Leicestershire chipped away at the other end and took 24 points out of the contest.
Their next fixtures are at Durham in the Trophy and Championship next week, with the one-day game taking place on Tuesday. The three-day contest starts on Wednesday.
