England seamer Steve Finn took 3-30 as Middlesex Panthers beat Leicestershire Foxes by 31 runs in the CB40 competition at Grace Road this afternoon.

Leicestershire Second XI face Middlesex today in the final round of the new t20 competition looking to qualify for Friday's final.
The team bounced back from a seven-wicket defeat against Unicorns A to win by eight wickets in the second match at Shrewsbury School and that gave the Seconds four wins from six games.
The first match was reduced to 16 overs. Leicestershire made 124-6 while Unicorns A chased down a revised target of 112 in 14 overs with 15 balls to spare.
James Sykes took 3-24 as Unicorns posted 138-8 in the second match and the team chased it down with 21 balls to spare.
Ned Eckersley continued his fine form with 60 from just 28 balls and Tom New chipped in with an unbeaten 43.
Leicestershire play their final two matches at Uxbridge today (11.30am and 3pm start). Good luck lads!
