Cobb named skipper of Hong Kong Sixes squad

Leicestershire CCC batsman Josh Cobb has been named as captain of the England squad for the Hong Kong Sixes.

Cobb had a successful spell in charge of Leicestershire last season, where he was unbeaten in all LV=CC and CB40 games that he took charge of.

The batter was part of the squad that lost to Abdul Razzaq's Pakistan side in the Final last year so they will be hoping to go one better this time.

Somerset's Andy Hurry is manager and former Leicestershire loanee Tom Smith is in the squad for the tournament that will be played at Kowloon Cricket Club on October 27 and 28.

Chris Nash, Ben Brown, Keith Barker, Adam Ball and Ross Whiteley are the other squad members.
