Matthew Boyce is now past the 100-mile mark in his charity walk from John O'Groats to Land's End. He has sent the following message:
Dear member/supporter of Leicestershire Cricket,
You may know that I am walking from John O'Groats to Land's End for MIND and my own Association's Benevolent Fund. The reason for doing so is fully explained on my website www.mattboycecharitywalk.co.uk but briefly, I want to raise a sum of money to help people who for whatever reason need assistance with depression or aid with mental health. That why I am walking over 2 million steps over 60 days! I do hope you could donate or raise money for these causes. To donate, please go to the website or send any money into Grace Road. Cheques can be sent in made payable to 'Matt Boyce Chairty Walk'. Many thanks for you help, it is much appreciated. Listen into BBC Leicester on Saturdays to the Breakfast News to get an update.
All the very best
