The Second XI Championship match between Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire has been abandoned as a draw.
Heavy and persistent rain on the final morning meant that no play was possible, and the day was called off just after lunch.
Dan Redfern scored 154 as Leicestershire posted 482-7 declared in their first innings and Nottinghamshire were 285-7 overnight.
Attentions now turn to T20, with the team playing two games at Northamptonshire on Monday and two games at Essex next Thursday.
* The second ODI between Ireland and Sri Lanka, scheduled to be played in Dublin, was abandoned without a ball bowled.
Niall O'Brien played in the first match as he scored 33 in a defeat for Ireland that meant they lost the series 1-0.
