Final day largely washed out

The final day in the match between Leicestershire and Surrey was abandoned shortly after lunch.

During the play that was available in the morning, Leicestershire moved onto 53-3 from their overnight score of 33-3. Tom New finished unbeaten on 26 and James Taylor was not out on seven.

It starts at 11am, and is the final action before League action starts next Wednesday in the Championship against Northants at Grace Road.
