A fine innings from Jacques du Toit could not prevent Leicestershire from slipping to defeat inside three days against leaders Sussex in the LV=County Championship match at Grace Road.

The former Leicestershire seamer is now working with a squad of young seam bowlers at Grace Road in his role as High Performance Coach and the Club has high hopes for those bowlers the future.
That group includes many promising up-and-coming players; namely Sam Cliff, Wayne White, Nathan Buck, Harry Gurney and Alex Wyatt.
He will be looking forward to working with Matthew Hoggard over the winter, and Tennant also has AJ Harris and Nadeem Malik as senior bowlers who can help to guide the youngsters along too.
As a lively seam bowler, Tennant had a five-year career with Leicestershire but only made a handful of first team appearances in first-class and limited overs cricket before moving into coaching.
