T20 Matchday Information
Gate opening times
All three gates will open at 5pm. Please allow yourself some time before the game if possible because queues tend to build up just before the start of play.
Ticket collection/Refund Policy/Prospects of Play
Pre-booked tickets and/or on-site parking purchases made within four days of the game will NOT be sent in the post. They will be available to collect from the new ticket office, situated just inside the main entrance at Curzon Road. The gate opens 90 minutes before play gets underway.
If play is restricted to fewer than 10 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained on the day for which your ticket is valid, you can exchange your match ticket for a ticket that will admit you to a Vitality Blast group game in the 2018 season.
Alternatively, you may claim a cash refund (less an Admin Charge of £1 per booking).
The full refund policy is available HERE

Ticket Purchasing - Club Cashback Scheme
Leicestershire CCC is again running the Club Cashback Scheme for the 2018 season. By coming to a Vitality Blast fixture at the Fischer County Ground and purchasing adult tickets in advance of the game, you can earn cashback for your club.
Anyone associated with an affiliated club in Leicestershire & Rutland who calls the ticket office on 0116 283 2128 when purchasing a Vitality Blast match ticket in advance of the game will have the opportunity to raise money for your cricket club.
Each and every time you purchase an adult ticket and quote the name of your club, we will donate £3 back from each ticket purchased.
The club’s cashback scheme will run for the duration of the 2018 Vitality Blast campaign. At the end of the campaign, clubs who have taken part will receive the total sum of their cashback £3 allocations that have been registered against the club’s name. This will be in the form of cash that can be reinvested directly into your cricket club.
