Leicestershire CCC to stream home fixtures

Leicestershire County Cricket Club announce that the Bob Willis Trophy fixtures played at The Fischer County Ground will be available to watch via a live stream.

The matches to be streamed are Leicestershire CCC’s home matches starting with the top-of-the-table clase Derbyshire [August 8], Durham [August 15] and finishing with the local derby against Nottinghamshire [August 22].

The service is free of charge and can be accessed via the Leicestershire CCC website, however if you’d like to receive the link to the stream directly to your email inbox, register to receive the clubs email communications HERE.

Leicestershire CEO, Sean Jarvis said: “We are delighted to be able to give our members, supporters and fans access to watch the running foxes play at the Fischer County Ground live.

“It has been a very difficult few months however we are delighted to see the return of cricket to Leicestershire and we want to open cricket up to the people of Leicestershire and the world to get behind the running foxes.”

A streaming service for Leicestershire away matches will be provided at the discretion of the opposition club.

More information about how to access the live stream will be released closer to the first day of each fixture via the Leicestershire CCC website and official social media channels.

The Bob Willis Trophy matches are scheduled to be played behind closed doors. The fixtures for the 2020 Vitality Blast competition are expected to be released over the coming weeks, following this, the club will provide a further update regarding a Vitality Blast streaming service.
