Twice baked Hereford Hop Soufflé (V).

Old Mick cheddar & red onion, with a parsley crust


Middle Order 

Pot Roasted Feather Blade of English Beef

Set on a fresh sage and onion mash

or a Cumin Butternut Squash & Lentil Wellington (V)

Served with a spiced tomato sauce

This meal will be served with Parisienne Potatoes & a Medley of Vegetables.

Lemon Meringue Tartlet served

With a mascarpone and strawberry gelato
