Leicestershire CCC launch limited edition NHS shirt
Available to pre-order online now from via the Leicestershire Club Shop.
Leicestershire County Cricket Club can reveal a new limited edition shirt, designed by the winner of the Charlie Fox T-shirt Design Competition.
The club launched the t-shirt design competition to provide a fun activity for young foxes’ fans to get involved with throughout the COVID-19 situation whilst also looking at ways to raise money for the NHS Charities Together.
The competition involved designing a new t-shirt for the Leicestershire Club mascot, Charlie Fox. The winner of the competition would see their design created into an actual t-shirt by the Club’s official kit supplier, Surridge Sport. The t-shirt will be available to purchase online via the Leicestershire Club Shop with all proceeds donated to the NHS Charities Together.
The competition saw over 100 entries from across the county and the standard was very high. Head Coach, Paul Nixon had the difficult task of choosing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place designs.
Overall, 12-year-old Evie Ashford was the winner of the competition with a design that combined elements of Leicestershire County Cricket Club, Charlie Fox and the NHS. Evie’s drawing has now been designed and made into t- shirt which is available to pre-order online now from via the Leicestershire Club Shop.
